MY Needs is a guided card game that helps you know well your emotional, personal, and relationship needs, so you can make better decisions, set healthier boundaries, and feel more confident in your way.

What is MY Needs?

MY Needs is a (Arabic–English) card game designed to help you explore the most important questions in life:

What do I really need?
What makes me feel happy?
What do I allow, and what do I not?
What am I truly looking for in a partner, a job, or a life choice?

Who Is This Game For?

This game is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and make stronger choices.

Anyone who wants to know themselves — If you feel confused, stuck, or unsure, this game helps you reconnect with what really matters to you.
Anyone facing a decision — Whether it’s about love, work, or life.
Coaches — Use MY Needs in your sessions to help clients uncover their needs, identify patterns, and move forward.

Note: All cards are written in both Arabic and English for easy use.

MY Needs هي لعبة كروت إرشادية بتساعدك تكتشف احتياجاتك العاطفية والشخصية واحتياجاتك في العلاقات، عشان تقدر تاخد قرارات أوضح، تحط حدود صحية، وتكون أكثر ثقة في اختياراتك.

ما هي MY Needs؟

MY Needs هي لعبة كروت (عربي–إنجليزي) مصممة عشان تساعدك تفكر في أسئلة مهمة في حياتك، زي:

أنا محتاج إيه بجد؟

إيه اللي بيديني إحساس بالراحة والسعادة؟

إيه اللي أقبله وإيه اللي لا؟

إيه اللي بدوّر عليه فعلًا في شريك، شغل، أو قرار مصيري؟

اللعبة مناسبة لمين؟

اللعبة دي لكل شخص حابب يفهم نفسه بشكل أعمق ويختار حياته بوعي أكبر:

أي شخص حاسس بلخبطة أو تردد وعايز يرجع يتواصل مع نفسه واحتياجاته

أي شخص واقف قدام قرار مهم، سواء في العلاقات أو الشغل أو الحياة عمومًا

الكوتشز والمعالجين، لاستخدامها كأداة تساعد العملاء على اكتشاف احتياجاتهم وفهم أنماطهم والتحرك للأمام

ملحوظة: كل الكروت مكتوبة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية لسهولة الاستخدام.
